A full scale remodel of a triplex apartment building into a single family home.

This home was a marriage of the old and new. As a home on Philadelphia’s historic registry, we were able to salvage and restore the 200 year old moldings throughout the house, as well as the front doors, in an effort to honor the history of the house while also adding modern features for the family that work synergistically with the character of the home and the area.
