A full scale renovation and remodel of a neglected single-family home

This South Philadelphia home presented a unique opportunity for a rowhome in Center City, a large backyard opportunity. There was an un-permited addition in the rear of the home that was not serving the space, so we knocked it down and created a beautiful outdoor oasis.
